RULES

| Go Active Kids is an unsupervised play area. Parents/Caregivers are solely responsible for the safety and conduct of their children while in our facility. | |
| We are not responsible for any injury that may occur as a result of unsafe play or inappropriate use of the equipment. | |
| Capacity for 20 kids maximum | |
| All food and drinks must stay in the kitchen area. | |
| Positively NO gum chewing allowed in the playground | |
| Children must go down the slide feet first | |
| No toys allowed in the play equipment | |
| Ensure that you and your child are free of illness | |
| Improper use of equipment will result in the prompt removal of your child | |
